i'm sTucked...in everything

i was doing research on this question for presentation purpose.

Question: Why does a franchisor commonly penalized master franchisees such as Jim Bryant when they do not develop sufficient franchises within a given timetable?

about how Subway expanded in China.

OMFG! i really can't find any evidences or facts for it.

common sense is, it might cost the frachisor company an amount of loss if he did not achieve that amount of franchises with a given period. but hell ya, where's all the facts?!
even the text book doesn't mention a thing about it.

i been searching for 2 hours. maybe i should go to the library tomorrow. :o
